Stripes and Snapshots

Yesterday I started another 5 day juice detox. By the time I got home in the evening all I could think about was how much I didn’t want to go back out in the cold, how warm the flat was, but how much I really should get back into a good habit of running regularly. In a moment of procrastination I posted this on twitter:

Almost immediately I had a reply from the lovely Leah, founder of Team Naturally Run.

With that I knew I wasn’t alone and immediately got changed into my gear, knowing that once I’d been out for 10 mins I’d feel better.

35 minutes later I was back, it wasn’t that cold, and I felt a hundred times better than if I’d stayed at home reading blogs!
